The cob or male swan (not shown) can be quite aggressive if people transgress on the nesting site. The name 'cob' comes from the knob on his beak

We rarely see more than three signets. By the end of the season maybe one is left. Now in 2021 we have no swans. This means geese. Geese are big time lake polluters.  Lear more about actions you can take to preserve a healthy lake and watershed.
